How do I sail?
Swipe on the grids or use arrow buttons. Both boats move together, but east and west are mirrored in the amber sea. Reefs stop boats independently. Collect both diamonds, then reach both circular harbours at the same time.
What are the striped rings?
In Endless currents, each boat that moves leaves a wake on its departing square, mirrored into the other sea. This blocks entry for one turn, then disappears. A boat already on a wake can leave. Even a blocked swipe clears old wakes. Campaign levels 1–300 and daily crossings use classic rules without wakes. Levels 301–500 and Endless use wakes.
How many puzzles are there?
Endless currents generates new 4×4 or 5×5 puzzles on your device, checks each for a solution that uses a wake, and avoids your last 256 exact layouts. There is no fixed level limit. The Campaign has 500 fixed levels: 100 classic levels each on 4×4, 5×5, and 6×6, then 50 wake levels on 4×4, 75 on 5×5, and 75 on 6×6. Difficulty rises within each collection, with easier introductions when the grid or rules change. Original boards and records remain available to returning players under Original crossings.
Ads
Interstitial ads appear between completed puzzles. You can also choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock all hints for one puzzle. If an ad cannot load, play continues; locked hints remain unavailable. Earned hint unlocks persist on this device, including after reopening or restarting. The next completion interstitial is skipped after earning a hint unlock. Undo stays free. Visit Settings for available ad privacy choices.
Stuck?
Unlocked hints show a move toward the shortest remaining solution. Daily hints are offered after reaching the minimum solution move count. Revealing a daily hint marks that day as practice-only, even after restarting. Undo and Restart are unlimited.
How are moves counted?
Daily scores count every successful move, even if you undo it. Undo itself adds no penalty. Classic and endless scores count the moves remaining in your solution. Restart begins a new local attempt.
Reporting an endless puzzle
Open Puzzle details using the information button, then choose Copy puzzle code. Include the code in your support email.
Where is my progress?
Progress is saved on your device, without an account or sync. Deleting the app removes local records and hint unlocks. Resetting progress keeps earned hint unlocks and daily hint-use status. Daily crossings change at midnight UTC.
